Entry Charge At Finale

PLEASE NOTE: We have some changes to entry prices at Finale Restaurant & Cabaret. In the 3 years since Finale opened we have been able to keep our price the same, however with rising costs, we have had to increase our prices.

STANDARD ENTRY :: $60 per head

Standard entry includes a buffet dinner (including dessert), and two Cabaret Shows. Please note - the standard entry charge does not cover any drinks from the bar.

How To Book:

You can book at 'Finale' by phone, fax, email or directly from our website. We will ask for the date you wish to book, the number of people in your group and contact details. We will also enquire if this is a special occasion. While bookings are essential at 'Finale', if you haven't booked ahead of time, please give us a call to see if we have room.

Christmas Bookings:

For all bookings throughout November and December, we will send you an invoice TWO months prior to your booking date for the total number of people you have booked for. WE REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL, ONE MONTH OUT FROM YOUR BOOKING DATE FOR THE NUMBER OF SEATS THAT YOU REQUIRE.

Due to extremely high demand over the Christmas period, we will not be chasing groups for payment. Any payment dates that are not met (or arrangements made) will be given until 4pm the following day to make payment. If the payment date falls on a Sunday or a Public Holiday, an additional 24 hours will be provided for payment to be made. If no payment or correspondence is received at that time, the booking WILL be cancelled and the seats will be offered to people on our waiting list.

Over Christmas, once your numbers are confirmed and payment has been made in full, if your numbers reduce, NO refunds^*1 will be given unless your seats are on sold.

Private Functions:

If you wish to hold a private functioin at Finale, please discuss your requirements with our booking staff. We can do special menus and arrange for an additional selection of drinks if we do not have what you want on our drinks list. If you wish to have a private function we do have certain terms and conditions regarding minimum numbers. Current specials do not apply to private functions.

For all private functions we require payment in full at least 14 days in advance of the booking.

Cakes:

Celebrating a birthday or other special event?? Finale can provide birthday cakes or other celebratory cakes.

Parking & Taxis:

Finale does not have it's own carpark. Parking is available on Karangahape Road, and on Galatos Street, behind Finale. We advise patrons not to park at the Mercury Plaza as they have arrangements for cars to be towed once the Mercury Plaza closes. There is a taxi rank across the road from Finale.

Running Bar Tabs:

Bar Tab

You can set up a bar tab on the night at Finale. You can restrict your bar tab in any way you like. We can also provide tab cards which identify who can use your tab - Please advise us in advance if you require tab cards.

Drink Vouchers

If you want to be more restrictive on the amount and/or types of drinks your group is allowed to have, then we can issue individual drink vouchers that identify the type of drink an individual is allowed to order (standard drinks are a glass of house wine, a double of house spirits, all domestic beers, all RTD's and all non alcoholic drinks.) Drink vouchers are $6 each.

Prepaid Wines

You can order wine in advance and prepay a certain amount on the night. We can also give you a quote for wine that is not on our wine list. Any wine bought in especially must be prepaid. Please note you cannot take pre-purchased wine with you when you leave Finale, if you have ordered special wines in, we cannot provide you with a refund for these. Please keep in mind and order these accordingly.

N.B. In accordance with the 'Sale of Liquor Act 1989' no one is permitted to bring alcohol into Finale and no alcohol can be taken with you when you leave the premises.

If anyone is found with alcohol on them that has not been purchased from Finale, that person along with their ENTIRE group will be removed from the premises, and no refund will be given.

If you want to run an open bar tab, discuss your requirements with our booking staff. On the night you will be required to leave a credit card at the bar unless you have made other arrangements prior to the night (we accept all major credit cards, except AMEX). With prior approval we will accept company cheques.

^*1The term 'No Refunds' also applies to transferring the money for the people who are not attending to a bar tab, that is the same as giving a refund.
